The transcription flow:
- The offline captioning process involves three key elements: a transcript, a time coded file, and placing open captions on the video. Any combination of these three options can be ordered by a client.
Definitions:
- Open Captions - Always visible and cannot be turned off
- Closed Captions - Can be turned on and off by the viewer
- Time Coding - A time code is a time stamp that matches the same time stamp in a media file
